Finnish Mosin Nagant
Pretty sure this is not a finn…It doesn’t have the correct sights. The finn nuggets had a blade sight and not the hooded post sight.
It’s Russian, the Finns had different bands around the barrel as well as different wood and front sights.
I have always wanted a nugget with an original scope and mount on it but they are such a bitch to find(not saying this one is original)
