Hate to burst your bubble, but that is not an AK-47(it’s actually Saiga) and it doesn’t have cross hairs(Cross hairs are in a scope normally, it’s got iron sights)

I have been threatened by 2 fathers now lol one with a 12 gauge and the other with a .44 magnum. I not only expect it, I commend it. A trait of a true father.

That looks like a .45ACP or 9MM magazine(which would be consistent with a De lisle Carbine clone) Also there is a special place in hell for people who “tacticool” Enfields.
